Try using the Fractal noise, on a pransparency map, and use a few
spheres one being just a little bigger than the previous.. Three or four
should do just fine, and give them all the transparency map, and
different velovities, and you might get the efect you want...
This is not tested, so I don't know EXACTLY what it looks like,
but it should work...
